- Floors: Sava Villa 1 - Villa Tievoli occupies two floors:
- Ground Floor: Main entrance, air-conditioned living room, indoor dining area, three bedrooms plus a kids' room, spa room with steam and sauna rooms, beauty salon, entertainment room with Smart TV, kitchen, common guest restroom, a large manicured garden with a sala by the beach, outdoor dining area and swimming pool.
- 2nd Floor: Three bedrooms including master bedroom.
- Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 14 adults and 4 kids.
- Living Areas: The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a covered sitting area by the pool.
- Pool: Measuring 25m x 6m x 1.3m Saltwater Infinity Pool; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are four lounge chairs and two pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.
- Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 20% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card (subject to surcharge up to 3%). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.
- Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Saeco coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and glasses.
- Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 14. The outdoor dining area can seat 14.
- Wellness: Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the estate gym. Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge.
- Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated media room equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. There’s also a pool table on the ground floor, along with a selection of books and board games. Kayaks, paddle boards, six bicycles, and swimming pool toys are available for guests' use.
- Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

Rate Inclusions
- Rates include Welcome fruit bowl, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, villa attendants, gardener, pool maintenance, and estate security).
- Private Chef service is included in the rates
- A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
- One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request at THB 1,500 nett per van per way and can seat 7 pax with luggages.
- Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa. Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available upon request (extra charge).
- Pool fences are available upon request (extra charge).
- Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Extra beds are not available at this property. This property is designed to comfortably sleep 12 adults and 2 children. Additional guests are unfortunately not allowed.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
