The bedrooms of Villa Praison are spread across the two levels. The large master bedroom rests on the upper floor and features a walk-in wardrobe and luxurious bathroom featuring a wall of windows, letting in the sun, but retaining privacy. On the lower level, find the remaining bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom and direct access poolside. Down the hall, the fifth bedroom is a children’s dormitory with four bunks sleeping eight - ideal for sleepovers.

  • Standard Capacity: 8 adults and 8 kids (4 Bedrooms + 1 Bunk Room with 4x bunk beds; 4 Bathrooms + 2 Communal toilets - one on upper level and one on lower level).
  • Pool Area: Swimming pool (6m x 12.5m x 1.5m depth) with shallow zone for children; Sunbeds with umbrellas; Outdoor sala.
  • Living Areas: Open plan with oversized sofas, air conditioning and ceiling fan; Games room with Apple TV and lounge area.
  • Kitchen Appliances: Oven, microwave, Nespresso machine (capsules are available and charged at cost plus shopping fee), refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, ice machine, blender, juicer, toaster, stove top, and BBQ in the staff kitchen.
  • Dining: A delicious range of Thai cuisine from the villa’s suggestion menu, plus selected Western, Chinese, and grilled dishes, all prepared and served by the in-villa chef. Special dietary needs and children’s meals available on advance request. Indoor dining area can sit up to 12 persons. Outdoor dining area can sit up to 6 persons.
  • Entertainment: Smart TV; Apple TV; Satellite TV; DVD Player; SONOS Sound system (living and pool area); Snooker/Pool table; Board games; Netflix.
  • Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

Details

  • Rates include welcome drink, welcome fruit basket, WiFi and services by villa team including villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, gardener and security (staff working hours is from 8am to 9pm; additional cost for extra hours at THB 500++ per hour after 9pm; THB 1,200++ for eight hours during the day - advance notice for additional staff/hours is required).

Chef/In-Villa/Pre-Arrival Shopping Service

  • Pre-arrival or chef/in-villa shopping service is available at THB 750 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
  • Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.

Airport Transfer

  • Airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
  • No extra bed available.
  • Child under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
  • 2 baby cots and 1 high chair is available for free upon request. Advance booking is required.
  • Babysitting service may be arranged on an hourly, daily or weekly rate through Concierge. Booking in advance is required.
Check-In and Check-Out
  • Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner.
  • Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges.

Below are the applicable corresponding fees:

  • Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate
  • Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
  • Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate
  • After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
