Situated along the private Natai Beach, Villa Essenza offers discerning families and large groups their own tropical sanctuary right by the glistening Andaman Sea. Upon entering the villa's open-plan space, guests are greeted by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that seamlessly intertwine indoor elegance with the natural splendour of the outdoors. At the heart of Villa Essenza is its spacious living room—a sumptuous lounging area that has captivating views of the outdoors. The adjacent TV room is also a choice spot for movie nights or quiet moments of reflection.

- Floors: Sava Villa 4 - Villa Essenza occupies two floors:
- Ground Floor: Main entrance, air-conditioned living room, indoor dining area, three bedrooms, an entertainment room with Smart TV, kitchen, common guest restroom, a large manicured garden with a sala by the beach, outdoor dining area and swimming pool.
- 2nd Floor: Three bedrooms including master bedroom.
- Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 13 adults.
- Living Areas: The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a covered sitting area by the pool.
- Pool: Measuring 25m x 6m x 1.3m Saltwater Infinity Pool; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are six lounge chairs and two pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.
- Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 20% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card (subject to surcharge up to 3%). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.
- Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Delonghi coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and glasses.
- Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 11. The outdoor dining area can seat 8.
- Wellness: Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the estate gym. Yoga mats are provided at the villa and the spacious garden at the villa provides a serene setting for practicing yoga.
- Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout the villas and unwind in the dedicated media room equipped with a Smart TV. There's also a pool table and table tennis on the ground floor, along with a selection of books and board games. Kayaks, paddle boards, and four bicycles, as well as outdoor activities like volleyball, basketball and soccer are available to guests.
- Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

Rate Inclusions

- One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request at THB 1,500 nett per van per way and can seat 7 pax with luggages.

Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa. Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available upon request (extra charge).
- Pool fences are available upon request (extra charge).
- Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Extra beds are not available at this property. This property is designed to comfortably sleep 12 adults and 2 children. Additional guests are unfortunately not allowed.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
