Covering three levels, the four-bedroom Baan Ratree is a contemporary-styled open-plan villa finished and decorated in neutral tones, high quality furnishings, beautiful Thai artefacts, colourful artwork, and natural materials.
Its focal point is undoubtedly the large indoor-outdoor living and dining areas which incorporate the sun deck, the 12-metre, sparkling blue infinity pool and the sweeping ocean views. Acknowledging Thai culture with a gilded Buddha statue, the living room is furnished with deeply cushioned sofas and beanbags arranged around a coffee table, facing a Smart TV. Positioned to one side is a teak dining table for eight.
The dining area extends into a western kitchen with wooden units, black surfaces and chrome appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, toaster, and stove top (electric & gas). It also has a central island, which doubles as a breakfast bar. From the living area, floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open to the pool deck for an authentic tropical living experience, inviting the outdoors inside along with the spectacular views of the sea and the nearby islands. Alternatively, the doors can be closed for air-conditioned comfort. Each of the villa's four air-conditioned bedrooms is a dream in white, complemented by teakwood furnishings and colourful artwork and cushions. There are three double bedrooms with king-size beds and one twin bedroom, each with its own Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in showers. The master bedroom has a separate dressing area, while its ensuite bathroom has the additional luxury of a sunken bathtub for two.
