Located in the Jivana Beach Villas estate, Villa Ananda’s generous 9,500 sqm footprint provides plenty of social spaces as well as nooks for peaceful me-time, from the beachside sala to the indoor-outdoor areas.

Stunning inside and out, Villa Ananda expresses traditional Thai architecture while incorporating modern comforts. Pavilion roofs nod to the Thai farmers who built salas to relax and escape the heat. Luxurious amenities include sunken tubs with garden views, Smart TVs and comfy couches to slump onto, plus sliding glass doors for panoramic ocean vistas. Keep them open to enjoy the tropical breeze, or opt for air-conditioned comfort with the doors closed.
Facing a 25m-long pool and palm-fringed lawns, the villa’s four pavilions house a stylish mix of living and dining areas, a large kitchen and spacious ensuite bedrooms. The lower-level shallow pool area will keep kids engaged, while parents can lounge comfortably on daybeds nearby. The family room will keep you entertained on days you’d like to stay in. You can also look forward to board games that will lead to bouts of laughter, plus a well-stocked library of books, music and films for everyone.

Floors: Villa Ananda occupies one floor:
Ground Floor: Main entrance, open-air living room, indoor dining area, seven bedrooms including master and kids' room, kitchen, common guest restroom, gazebo, outdoor dining area, and swimming pool.
Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 12 adults and 4 kids.
Living Areas: The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a covered sitting area by the pool.
Pool: Pool 1 measures 25m x 5.4m x 1.5m, and Pool 2 measures 15m x 4.5m x 0.7m, both are chlorinated infinity pools; Pool 2 has a shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are fourteen lounge chairs, four pool umbrellas and eight sunbeds; Pool towels are provided.
Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 20% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card (subject to surcharge up to 3%). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.
Kitchen: Equipped with Refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, freezer, electric stove, dishwasher and essential cooking tools, cutlery, and glasses.
Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 14. The outdoor dining area can seat 14 guests, and there is also a sala with 8 seats for dining.
Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request, and the spacious garden and a yoga sala that provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge.
Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout, a Smart TV with cable channels, Bluetooth speakers in all rooms, table tennis at the common area, selection of books and board games, a canoe, and bicycles.
Other facilities: The villa has a fire extinguishers, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.
Parking: Sufficient parking space available for two cars.

The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Location

Jivana Beach Villas is ideally located on the pristine white sands of Natai Beach just 25 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The estate comprises three private luxury rental villas each boasting between 60 and 90 metres of absolute beachfront on what has been dubbed "Thailand's answer to The Hamptons" – an exclusive community of luxury properties that attracts many expatriates living in the region.
